The goal of the network is to engage an audience with the sport of competition and to feel as though any goal is obtainable. Their tag line “Be Driven” goes farther than the networks love for motor vehicles.

Futura Book

This Typography project was based on researching information about the Futura typeface. The books’ binding was personally done.

The book and poster together was made in to a Futura show for educational purposes.

Alumni/ Student Mentoring Event

The University of the Arts Alumni/ Student lecture poster was designed to show two perspectives meeting as a whole. The Alumni side showed alignment and structure through type. The student side showed type which has gaps as an idea for seeking knowledge.

Futura

This was a typography project designed to show the nature of Paul Renner's geometric typeface, Futura. Exposing the DNA for the pre-drawn typeface and the relationships held with the typeface as a whole. This poster shows information about the relationship between the characters, numeral system and shape.

The book and poster together was made in to a Futura show for educational purposes.

Flip Book

A project based on the word "Power" to show elements generated around the word. My topic was powerful inventors and their ideas. My book communicates messages through images without type to tell a story through simple imagery transitioning with the relationships between the visual content.

Urban Revitalization

Population and Ethnicity Graphs

This graph is a consolidation of information for the total population of Patterson New Jersey, in the year stated, and the number of different races born within the specified year. It is shown in a horizontal, 3D form in order to present the information in the most consolidated way.

Powerful Inventors Powerful Ideas

A project based on the word "Power" to show elements generated around the word. My topic was powerful inventors and their ideas. The posters communicate messages through images with type to tell a story through simple imagery.

Ascensus Icons

Done through an internship at a financial firm called Ascensus. The assignment was to update previous clip art icons and have them communicate better messages while fitting their brand standards. The icons where made from vector imagery, and rounding their edges for a friendlier display.

Surroundings

A narrative series based on a personal accident when my hand went through a window pane. I had to get fifty stitches at the age of four. The series is composed of several mediums, including a short film, which shows different ways to tell my story.

Edgar Allen Poe

A project which shows different typographic experiments based around Edgar Allen Poe's poem "The Tell Tale Heart". The assignment was to make all imagery by hand to create a 3 dimensional quality in the type. Also using the type, imagery and language to communicate the idea of the story.

Invisible Cities

Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities holds the short story of Zora. A city that is impossible to escape ones memory. This book was designed to capture the feel of the short story through using velum, a transparent material for the pages. By making a book made out of velum I played off of the story being about the city never leaving ones memory. Leaving every piece of the city/ book hazy yet tangible.

Praxis

This project was based around the branding and digital presentation for The 2015 Graphic Design Senior Exhibition.

Labels

Labels is a senior thesis degree project. It is an interactive web platform showing the stories of a wide range of individuals and how the world perceives them through stereotypes. The individuals are the opposite of their perceived stereotype and are juxtaposed by select words that show how the world perceives them.

Franklin Institute

A short film showcasing the Franklin Institute's exhibits and their consumers as they interact with the museum.

Janney

These are motion graphics pieces I did for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC a financial firm located in Philadelphia. The first showcases the their efforts to help non profit organizations from different regions around the US called "Janney Gives Back". The final is a Holiday Card for their associates to send to each other, and as well to other professionals.
